On-Demand Recruitment: Our clients usually use us when they have fluctuations with demand, substitutions or a variance in the companies sales due to seasonality.
Strategic hiring: Consists of integrating new talent or updating the talent pool to have them evaluated in case the clients face an eventual exit or perhaps a rebound.
- We anticipate future market needs and we will be organized in advance. Some markets and sectors tend to be less volatile. In this case, such a contingent strategy will not be necessary.

Define position, competencies and conditions: The process starts with a phone or in person conversation to establish the exact job specifications of the role.

Contract: There’s a Signing of an agreement to commit to my search, and the hiring process.
Evaluation: Please note our screening’s are a process of triage, we consequently send only the most qualified applicants.
- Client’s have the right to a 2 week trial period with the employee to make sure the candidate meshes with the culture of the company. You get billed a ‘one-time’ fee given a 2 weeks trial period. Alternateively I return to the sourcing process to look for more applicants.
- Once we have provided the services (see above) and once you have interviewed applicants they can either start their two week trial period or we return to the process of sourcing more applicants for you. Hopefully your content with the one’s provided already.
Final decision: Please also note I communicate via whatsapp email and phone given you select your most convenient method. Available to communicate with each other tends to slide after the interviews have taken place, here its important to keep candidates in the loop to avoid them from selecting different companies they have interviewed with.
